James' series "Prehistoric Survivors" won 2nd place in the 2022 Monovisions Photography Awards, a leading black & white photography magazine award.
The photographs included in this award winning series were "Colossal Craig", "The Halfway House", "The Huntress of Namiri", "The Orphans of Reteti", "King of the East", "The Procession to Water" and "Lethal Looks".
